Tuna Delight
1 6 oz can or bag of Tuna fish
2 tbsp Hummus
1 tbsp chopped walnuts (optional)
5-8 diced grapes
Drizzle Olive Oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. May be served on pita bread, baguette slices, or on side of salad. Serves 2.
