Authentic Ragu` Italian Sauce

RAGU` is a common dish served in southern Italy for Sunday lunch after morning church services.  Very easy to prepare! 
Prep. time 5 minutes!  Cooking time 3-4 hours on low heat. Serves 4-6 people.
